enablesGROUP is seeking a Logistics and Inventory Coordinator in Ortigas, Pasig, PH. The role supports stock management across the lifecycle, coordinates with 3PLs, and ensures accurate landed costs and invoicing.

Hybrid work with NZ time alignment and a hands-on approach to process improvements are key aspects. The successful candidate will manage stock updates, coordinate shipments, set up new products, and work with the supply chain team to deliver efficient operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory lifecycle and stock records in the system.
• Track air and sea freight shipments and coordinate 3PLs.
• Calculate landed costs and verify invoices againstPOs and receipts.
• Maintain accurate pricing, update order status, and resolve discrepancies.
• Set up new products/SKUs in the inventory system.
• Support reporting with stock forecasts and supplier performance.
• Assist with process improvements and documentation updates.
• Provide weekly inventory updates to stakeholders.
