The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise with LMS platforms and excel in project management. Responsibilities include generating insightful reports, ensuring compliance with training requirements, and improving learning processes. A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields is essential, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end configuration of the LMS.
• Handle logistics for training sessions.
• Generate reports on training metrics.
• Act as primary contact for external training providers.
• Ensure completion of mandatory training.
