Qualifications

• 5 years of experience working with an LMS in a technical or operational context.
• Experience in supporting eLearning, ILT, and vILT.
• Deep understanding of LMS processes and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as LMS functional administrator and subject matter expert.
• Provide Tier 1-2 learner support via email, chat, and ticketing.
• Create and maintain LMS items and user records.
• Collaborate with global trainers and Learning Manager.
• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules.
