Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day LMS operations: user accounts, role permissions, course assignments, and end-to-end content management.
• Maintain LMS governance, data integrity, and taxonomy with routine audits of learning records.
• Generate standard and ad-hoc compliance reports, dashboards, and completion metrics for stakeholders and audits.
• Resolve user queries and system issues; monitor service tickets and inbox.
• Collaborate with LMS vendors, assist in upgrades, and identify automation opportunities.
