Job summary

Cruise Administration Services, Inc. (CASI) is a Carnival Cruise Line entity in the Philippines, seeking a Lead, Learning Systems located in Metro Manila to drive LMS optimization and support.

You will oversee system administration, course deployments, and data integration with HRIS, while mentoring staff and ensuring SLA adherence. The role requires strong LMS expertise, project leadership, and excellent communication across levels, with a focus on governance, QA, and documentation to boost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in learning systems administration or related roles.
• Relevant project or systems management certifications preferred.
• Proficient in learning management systems, support, and/or project management applications.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 suite of applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong project management, leadership, and teamwork.
• Excellence in communication and diplomacy with all levels of staff and leadership.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Proactive with analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience in system implementation and requirements gathering/business analysis.
• Understanding of L&D function and Learner Support experience.
• Experience with a variety of LMS and system implementation, optimization, integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead LMS administration, updates, and enhancements with stakeholders.
• Train and mentor system specialists; manage escalation and SLA adherence.
• Coordinate course deployments and asset maintenance.
• Ensure integration of learner data between HRIS and LMS.
• Develop QA processes and maintain system documentation.
• Oversee user provisioning and password management.
