Job summary

Uber is seeking a Learning Delivery Specialist IV to lead L&D excellence across the region, balancing global strategy with local execution. You will govern training programs, drive regional LOB launches, and ensure a rock-solid foundation for world-class customer experiences.

This role acts as a functional leader, mentoring regional specialists and partnering with stakeholders. You will own onboarding for new LDS, coach regional Learning Operations Specialists, track KPIs, and deliver

Qualifications

3+ years of dedicated L&D experience, with cross-regional/global project experience.
3+ years of experience in operational management or high-volume support environments.
Expert-level virtual and in-person facilitation skills (VILT/ILT).
Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, LMS management, and JIRA/PM tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and govern global COE launches, transitions, and training deployments.
Own STEP governance and audit quality/impact of STEP initiatives regionally.
Partner with L&D Design Team to develop and optimize learning programs; manage executive-level LOB syncs.
Build data-driven insights from training KPIs and provide actionable executive insights.
Synthesize data to identify root causes for learning gaps and drive retraining or remediation.
