Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Learning Delivery Specialist IV to oversee governance, design, and execution of regional L&D initiatives. You will balance global strategy with local training delivery, guiding cross-regional launches and ensuring world-class learning operations across the region.

You will mentor regional specialists, partner with stakeholders, and champion data-driven decision making to close learning gaps and improve agent performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated L&D experience with cross-regional or global projects.
• 3+ years of experience in operational management or high-volume support environments.
• Expert-level virtual and in-person facilitation (VILT/ILT).
• Proficient in Google Suite, LMS management, and JIRA/PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead global and regional COE launches and training deployments.
• Own STEP governance and audit the quality and impact of initiatives.
• Collaborate with L&D design teams to develop and maintain learning programs.
• Provide data-driven insights on training KPIs and agent performance.
• Coach regional Learning Operations Specialists and drive program adoption.
