Thomson Reuters seeks a Senior Manager, Learning Quality & Development to lead a global function across training delivery, quality assurance, digital learning, and learning innovation.

The role requires strong people leadership, strategic capability planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Operations, and Quality teams. You will coach managers, drive measurable business outcomes, and connect capability to customer experience.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Learning & Development within a global organization.
• Proven ability to design, deliver, and improve training programs at scale with measurable outcomes.
• Deep expertise in quality assurance frameworks and compliance in learning environments.
• Experience leading digital learning transformation, LMS/LXP platforms, and content ecosystems.
• Experience deploying or scaling AI-enabled learning tools and learning analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Training Managers, a Digital Learning Manager, and a Quality Manager.
• Define resourcing aligned to priorities and advocate for investments in Learning Quality & Development.
• Partner with Customer Success, Services, and Operations leaders to improve customer experience and outcomes.
• Oversee end-to-end learning solution design from needs analysis to delivery and evaluation.
• Own learning KPIs and quality reporting, presenting ROI narratives to senior stakeholders.
• Govern and embed a robust QA framework across learning activities to meet standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead evolution toward digital-first delivery with e-learning, VILT, microlearning, and performance support.
• Manage learning technologies, external suppliers, and content providers with commercial discipline.
