Job summary

SiteMinder is seeking a Learning Experience Coordinator to design, build, and roll out learning experiences for global teams. You will ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and learner-friendly, supporting both day-to-day operations and digital content delivery.

You will collaborate with instructional design and product teams to convert knowledge into effective training materials, while maintaining SiteMinder's brand and learning standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with learning platforms and digital tools.
• Proficient with LMS platforms and content authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise.
• Able to write learner-facing content clearly.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and update digital learning modules, interactive elements, and knowledge checks.
• Adapt SME input into structured learning content using templates.
• Prepare facilitator guides and session outlines for trainer-led sessions.
• Update content based on feedback and data.
• Manage LMS activities including assignments, enrolments, uploads.
• Coordinate onboarding program schedules across regions (EMEA, APAC, AMERS).
• Monitor onboarding capacity and regional logistics for consistency.
• Identify gaps in onboarding flow and improve learner experience.
• Collect learner feedback and share insights.
• Track completion rates and engagement.
