Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Manager to lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise training programs across campaigns and teams. You will implement training guidelines, initiate site-wide initiatives, and create materials to maximize campaign mastery and personal growth, coordinating with Operations Directors and US counterparts.

The role requires 5+ years in managerial or supervisory roles, strong presentation and communication skills, independence, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in managerial and/or supervisory roles.
• Excellent in presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly independent and motivated with the ability to oversee projects to completion.
• Knowledgeable in using Google and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of existing and new applications to meet enterprise business requirements and operational needs.
• Implement and enforce the development team’s guidelines and processes.
• Manage initiation, development, and implementation of the training department’s site-wide initiatives.
• Drive campaign-specific training programs for Team Leaders and Teammates; create and maintain training materials.
• Plan and execute TL/TM development training including curriculum, training, and evaluation.
• Ensure training materials are aligned with campaign needs and TaskUs’ business objectives.
• Proactively explore department and campaign training needs to develop materials as required.
