Job summary

Rhenus Group is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to shape the future of our global training programs. You will partner with subject‑matter experts to design immersive, collaborative learning that resonates across cultures and locations.

The role emphasizes live and virtual facilitation, coaching, and mastery of tools like Captivate, Articulate 360, and a modern LMS such as Workday. A strong command of English and a passion for design excellence are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years ISD/L&D experience; 3+ preferred.
Solid knowledge of learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Gagne).
Understanding adults learn differently from students (andragogy vs pedagogy).
Minimum 2 years of live/virtual facilitation and coaching (GROW); corporate setting preferred.
Excellent English communication; foreign language skills a plus.
Experience with authoring tools: Captivate and/or Articulate 360; Adobe Creative Cloud.
Knowledge of a modern LMS; Workday experience a plus.
