Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to develop and maintain a positive learning environment. You will design and expand training programs aligned with product-specific methodologies and initiatives.

You will deliver end-user and partner training, create curricula and exams, and monitor trainee progress while ensuring ongoing updates to materials. Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments is valued.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to design and deliver training programs.
• Good problem solving and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set the standards and expectations through conduct and integrity.
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training including curriculum, exams, and prep courses.
• Deliver technical preparatory training based on enterprise needs.
• Complete projects and motivate trainees through effective training.
• Continuously improve training programs and related learning opportunities.
