Job summary

SiteMinder is seeking a Learning Experience Coordinator to support day-to-day learning operations and digital content delivery across global teams. You’ll help turn business and product knowledge into learner-friendly materials aligned with SiteMinder’s brand and standards.

You’ll build digital modules using Sana Labs, Articulate Storyline, Rise and Storylane, manage LMS activities, coordinate onboarding programs across regions, and ensure a consistent learner experience worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience with learning platforms and digital tools.
• Confident working with LMS platforms and authoring tools.
• Able to write learner-facing content that is easy to understand.
• Able to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and update digital learning modules, interactive elements, and knowledge checks using tools such as Sana Labs, Articulate Storyline, and Storylane.
• Adapt SME input and existing materials into structured learning content using templates and design guidance.
• Assist with facilitator guides, session outlines, and supporting resources for trainer-led sessions.
• Support content updates and improvements based on feedback and data.
• Manage LMS activities including assignments, enrolments, content uploads, and updates.
• Coordinate onboarding program scheduling across regions (EMEA, APAC, AMERS).
• Monitor onboarding capacity, session coverage, and regional logistics for consistent learner experience.
• Identify gaps in onboarding flow and opportunities for improvement.
• Collect learner feedback and share insights.
• Track completion rates and learner engagement.
