Job summary

Aprio is seeking a senior Learning & Development leader to drive the global L&D strategy across the US, India, Colombia, and the Philippines. The role oversees design, delivery, and governance of learning programs, with a focus on blending digital tools and instructor-led training to accelerate capability development.

The position requires 5+ years in L&D, strong stakeholder partnerships, and willingness to work in Clark on a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive global learning strategy aligned with business goals.
• Partner with US, India, Colombia, and Philippines leadership to drive capability building.
• Design, develop and deliver learning programs for multiple geographies.
• Lead and scale the L&D function across regions as needed.
• Establish robust learning operations, governance, and vendor management.
• Track learning impact and drive continuous improvement.
