Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Learning and Development Analyst to partner with business units and identify learning needs, designing and rolling out high-level programs to support India and US. You will manage content, evaluate platform offerings, and drive knowledge transfer with SMEs across a hybrid setup.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, LMS/CSOD familiarity, and ADDIE proficiency. Hybrid work and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills including percentages and fractions.
• Prior LMS experience is an advantage.
• CSOD (Cornerstone OnDemand) and ADDIE method proficiency.
• Experience with Adobe, Captivate and PeopleSoft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and administer training programs in Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations.
• Create evaluation and measurement tools for platform offerings.
• Identify needs and recommend smart solutions that meet CBRE learning demands.
• Suggest and implement delivery methods to optimize knowledge transfer.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop content and update training materials.
• Approve and manage communication and marketing plans for new courses and training updates.
• Ensure content and programs are audited, evaluated, and compliant with governance guidelines.
• Review training metrics and feedback to evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with learning industry trends and best practices.
• Explain complex information clearly and work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
