Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics-Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Global Talent and Organization Development Senior to shape our learning agenda across the organization. You will lead strategy, design programs and drive capability building in a multinational setting.

The role focuses on learning design for classroom, virtual, hybrid and digital formats, leadership development, and talent pathways. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable learning solutions.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in learning and development or related field.
• Experience delivering global learning programs in a multinational organization.
• Experience designing learning journeys across classroom, virtual, hybrid and digital channels.
• Experience designing leadership development or talent acceleration programs.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methods and adult learning theory.
• Degree in HR, organizational psychology, education or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication and storytelling, stakeholder management and influencing skills, global mindset.
• Ability to balance strategic work with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a global learning and capability-building strategy aligned with business priorities and our people strategy.
• Run learning needs analyses and identify capability gaps across functions, regions and talent groups.
• Build capability frameworks and learning roadmaps that support organizational growth and transformation.
• Translate business requirements into practical, sustainable learning solutions.
• Design, develop and continuously improve learning solutions for classroom, virtual, hybrid and self-paced digital formats.
• Create facilitator guides, participant materials, toolkits, assessments, videos, e-learning modules and blended programs.
• Apply modern instructional design methods and adult learning principles to keep learning engaging and effective.
• Keep content scalable, learner-centered and globally relevant, while allowing for local adaptation.
• Design and manage global talent and leadership development programs, including offers for emerging leaders, high potentials and critical talent groups.
• Build career development pathways and learning journeys that support career growth and internal mobility.
• Partner with stakeholders on succession-related development and targeted capability building.
• Support onboarding, upskilling and reskilling as part of an integrated talent approach.
• Contribute to organizational development work such as capability modeling, role architecture and organizational effectiveness.
• Support the design of career frameworks and organizational capability assessments.
• Bring a learning lens to change and transformation initiatives.
• Work with our HRIS and learning technology teams to optimize the learning management system and related technologies.
• Measure learning effectiveness through data, feedback and business impact, and act on what you find.
