Job summary

Aprio is looking for an L&D Senior Specialist in Assurance Training to deliver and enhance training programs for professionals in the Philippines. This role involves designing training content, monitoring effectiveness, and collaborating with experts to ensure alignment with industry standards. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in instructional design, organizational skills, and a background in training software. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and knowledge of assurance technologies is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience using training software and tracking learning content in a learning management system.
• 2-3 years of experience coordinating in-person, virtual, and hybrid event management logistics.
• 2-3 years demonstrated ability to evaluate training effectiveness using learning analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and enhance technical Assurance training programs.
• Monitor, track, and report on training effectiveness.
• Conduct learning needs analyses to identify skill gaps.
