Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, HR, or related field.
• 12+ years in L&D or talent development with senior leadership experience.
• Experience leading learning functions across multiple geographies.
• Strong understanding of adult learning, instructional design, and analytics.
• Experience collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Set global L&D strategy aligned to business priorities and growth plans.
• Define operating model with governance across countries and client programs.
• Balance global standards with regional market needs and culture.
• Lead executive engagement on capability, learning investments, and risks.
• Translate priorities into annual learning plans, resources, and metrics.
• Drive onboarding, nesting, upskilling, and performance improvement programs.
• Develop AI-enabled learning roadmap and tech adoption across sites.
• Build a high-performing global L&D team with strong partnerships.
• Measure impact with a global scorecard and ROI reporting.
