Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila Inc. seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to align Local and Central IT Infrastructure, manage server lifecycles, and drive security and compliance across sites.

You will translate global standards into local actions, support project waves, and maintain thorough documentation while promoting operational excellence and staff training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Excellent English skills in business context; additional language a plus.
• 3+ years in Local IT, Engineering or Infrastructure, ideally in an international context.
• Autonomy and accountability for locations and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Interface between Local IT and Central IT Infrastructure; align across regions.
• Translate central strategies into actionable steps for Local IT.
• Support lifecycle management of servers and infrastructure services.
• Coordinate infrastructure projects and ensure Local IT readiness.
• Provide technical input during design, testing, and implementation.
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
• Promote operational excellence and train Local IT staff.
