Job summary

Globe is hiring for ST Telemedia GDC Philippines to support the in-country data centre operations. This role focuses on ensuring 24x7 uptime, coordinating incidents, and maintaining critical facilities across IT, security and M&E systems.

You will document requests, support preventive maintenance, and assist audits while working with contractors and vendors. Bachelor's degree required and willingness to operate in a data centre environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• Belongs to Globe's STT GDC Philippines recruitment.
• Willingness to support 24x7 operations in a data centre.

Responsibilities

• Support and ensure smooth 24x7 running of the operations in the data centre.
• Act as Level 1 escalation point, oversee and resolve onsite incidents within SLA.
• Understand M&E, security, network and plumbing systems of the building.
• Document requests on the internal ticketing system and update records.
• Implement ITIL-aligned incident, problem and change management processes.
• Ensure safety, security and customer support policies are followed.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors and inspect completed work.
• Plan and support preventive and reactive maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Participate in internal and external audits and generate reports as required.
• Handle other duties or projects as assigned by management.
