Job summary

Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, partners with a local telecom for an IT Officer based in BGC. You will oversee provisioning, installation, configuration, operations and maintenance of IT infrastructure and cloud, including MSP oversight, backups, DR, security, and LAN/WAN management.

The role requires strong experience in systems administration, cloud management, and MSP coordination.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Systems Administration or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure.
• Experience managing enterprise backups and disaster recovery.
• Experience supporting enterprise networks.
• Experience managing outsourced IT vendors or MSPs.
• Experience in incident management and root cause analysis.
• Experience implementing infrastructure security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Systems and Cloud MSP oversight and Performance Management.
• Backup and Cloud Management including validation and DR readiness.
• Cloud and Microsoft 365 Management and licensing.
• Reporting on system health, performance, and incidents.
• Change & Configuration Management with 3rd party providers.
