Qualifications

• Experience managing Global Invoice to Cash for a large multi-state company.

• Ability to work in a matrixed global environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strategy, accuracy, and timeliness of Global Invoice to Cash processes.
• Develop and articulate vision for the GITC organization.
• Lead service delivery commitments and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with SOX 404 and audits.
• Partner with Global Services leadership to improve standards and delivery.
• Collaborate with GPO and regional leads to improve policies and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management.
