Job summary

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the strategy,accuracyand timeliness ofGlobalInvoice to Cashprocesses for Johnson & Johnson companies globally.

• Drivea continuousimprovement and change management capability tooptimizeeffectiveness and efficiency of GlobalInvoice to Cashprocessing
• Collaborate withGlobal ServicesCross-Functional Leaders, Global Process Owner (GPO), RegionalService DeliveryLeadsand other Global Servicesstakeholderstoidentifyand deliver improvements in service performance and global standards
• Maintain and foster external relationships and benchmarking to ensure responsiveness to changing environment

Qualifications

Education

• A minimum of aBachelor’slevel degree isrequired, preferably in accounting or finance
• A minimum of 15 years of professional experience ispreferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a Shared ServiceCenter of a multinational corporation or BPOpreferred
• MBA, CPA, CMA, and/or other financial certificationsispreferred
