Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Taguig, Philippines, seeks an Invoice to Cash Manager to lead Credit Management and Reporting & Analytics within the Global Services Finance team. This role drives end-to-end credit management, data-driven insights, and performance reporting.

You will partner with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Technology teams to optimize cash flow, governance, and risk management while upholding regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Be compliant with applicable laws and guidelines in the J&J Credo.
• Maintain Operational Excellence within the I2C function.
• Lead end-to-end Credit Management and I2C Reporting & Analytics operations, ensuring delivery against service levels and governance requirements.
• Establish and continuously enhance credit policies, risk management frameworks, and KPIs.
• Manage customer credit risk, portfolio exposure, credit limit governance, and order release processes.
• Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable performance and risk insights across Cash Application, Collections, Disputes, and Credit Management.
• Lead period-end reporting, forecasting, and trend analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and governance standards.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to drive business decisions.
• Monitor performance, resource utilization, and capacity to optimize efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement through standardization, automation, and analytics.
• Talent Management and leadership.
