Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an I2C Manager (Collections) to lead end-to-end collections across multiple teams and complex portfolios in the Philippines. You will drive cash performance, optimize DSO, and balance customer relationships with governance requirements.

The role requires 8–10 years in Finance or Invoice-to-Cash, plus 4–7 years of people leadership, and a proven ability to translate regional strategy into disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required in Accounting or Finance or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in Finance or Invoice-to-Cash operations.
• 4–7 years of people management experience, including leadership of senior contributors.
• Experience managing multiple teams or cluster-level operations with cash and risk accountability.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into operational execution and sustained performance.
• Experience with data-driven approaches to cash flow optimization and risk mitigation.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities.
• Advanced stakeholder management and negotiation skills in complex customer situations.
• Strong analytical, financial, and risk assessment skills with clear action orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including senior-level discussions.

Responsibilities

• Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo
• Own and oversee end-to-end collections operations across multiple teams and complex customer portfolios within a defined cluster, region, or process scope
• Drive delivery of cash performance outcomes (DSO, past-due exposure, dispute aging, write-offs, collection efficiency), balancing cash acceleration with customer relationships and business continuity
• Ensure consistent execution of segment-based collections strategies aligned with the Calibrated Collections Capability
• Act as a senior escalation and decision authority for the defined cluster, region, or process scope
• Oversee period-end and financial close activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, audit readiness, and strong internal controls
• Own and oversee consolidated collections and AR forecasting for the assigned scope, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and forward-looking visibility
• Lead, coach, and develop the team, building a strong leadership and succession pipeline
• Act as Collections partner to Commercial, Customer Service, Legal, and Supply Chain, BUF and other I2C partners
• Lead and sponsor continuous improvement initiatives to enhance collections effectiveness, efficiency, insights, and customer experience
