A minimum of a Bachelor's level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting, finance, or related business discipline.
CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo.
Maintain Operational Excellence and ensure timely closing of financial periods.
Execute accounting and daily operations for Inventory & COGS Accounting; meet closing calendar and SLA.
Ensure completeness, accuracy and validity of actuals within scope; adhere to Worldwide Procedures.
Lead Balance Sheet reconciliations and drive process improvements; support audits and regulatory requests.
On the job training for new team members and BPO partners; mentor staff.
