Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the Philippines is seeking a senior leader to guide a Payments organization responsible for end-to-end payments and invoice management across markets. You will manage cross-cluster performance, stakeholder engagement, and standardization of processes to deliver service excellence and governance aligned with the market-cluster operating model.

The role requires 8–10 years in Procurement or Finance, SAP MM/FI experience, and strong collaboration and influencing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 8–10 years in Procurement, Finance, or related business.
• Fluency in English; additional language is a plus.
• SAP MM and FI modules experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Payments and Invoice Management across markets.
• Ensure SLA, KPI, and compliance for Pay controls.
• Maintain tax, statutory, and audit compliance across markets.
• Act as senior point of contact for internal stakeholders.
• Drive market-level engagement across clusters for supplier and stakeholder concerns.
• Oversee governance, KPI ownership, and process standardization.
