Job summary

You will lead a team, define strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to accelerate cash and improve customer outcomes.

The role requires 6+ years in Finance with 4+ years in people leadership, experience in AR/Collections, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related business discipline.
• Strong leadership experience in Finance and AR/Credit/Collections.
• Experience in global shared services, BPO, or multinational environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership of the Invoice-to-Cash Collections and Dispute processes.
• Set targets, monitor results, and drive performance across portfolios and teams.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Service, Legal, and Supply Chain for alignment.
• Ensure robust controls, audit readiness, and risk management within collections.
• Develop people, drive capability-building, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
