Excis Compliance in the Philippines is seeking an Infrastructure and Desktop Support Engineer L2 to provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals, and resolve hardware, software, OS, and application issues to keep enterprise IT environments running smoothly.

You will install, configure, upgrade, and replace IT systems, monitor servers and network devices, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN connectivity.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
Resolve hardware, software, OS and application issues to keep enterprise IT environments running smoothly.
Install, configure, upgrade and replace IT systems.
Monitor servers and network devices.
