Excis is a global IT support organization seeking an Infrastructure and Desktop Support Engineer L2 in the Philippines. You will provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals, and resolve hardware, software, OS, and application issues to keep enterprise IT environments running smoothly.

You will install, configure, upgrade, and replace IT systems, monitor servers and network devices, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN connectivity.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of IT Desktop/Infrastructure Support or Service Desk experience.
Experience in enterprise IT environments across multiple locations.

Responsabilidades

Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and application issues.
Install, configure, upgrade, and replace IT systems and equipment.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and network devices.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, internet).
Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services.
Manage incidents and requests per SLAs.
Document troubleshooting procedures and resolutions.
Provide onsite and remote support to end users.
Assist with infrastructure upgrades, migrations, deployments, backups, and DR.
Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and providers for timely resolutions.
