Job summary

HRTX is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to drive adoption of Workday and ServiceNow HRSD through engaging e-learning content and global training programs. You will design modules using Articulate 360, Camtasia, and AI tools, run virtual and hybrid sessions, and analyze outcomes to continuously improve learning programs.

Hybrid role based in Mandaluyong with global responsibilities and EMEA shift hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years supporting HR Tech platforms (Workday & ServiceNow HRSD)
• Proven experience in instructional design and live training facilitation using adult learning principles
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Camtasia, AI authoring tools, LMS platforms, and SharePoint
• Excellent English communication skills; comfortable presenting to global audiences
• Ability to work EMEA shift hours with flexible schedule adjustments as needed

Responsibilities

• Build e-learning modules, videos, and guides using Articulate 360, Camtasia, and AI content tools
• Conduct virtual and hybrid training, roadshows, and workshops for global stakeholders
• Identify skill gaps from system updates, support tickets, and process changes
• Manage course publishing, enrollment logistics, and completion tracking in the LMS
• Measure learning retention and impact using data analytics and evaluation models
