Job summary

Our Clients in the Philippines seeks an experienced Instructional Designer to create and publish interactive e-learning modules and micro-learning assets using Articulate 360, while updating materials for Workday and ServiceNow HRSD updates. You will craft scalable training programs for HR agents, managers, and staff across a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of total experience supporting HR technology platforms and training enablement, with a hard minimum of 2 years dedicated to ServiceNow and Workday.
• Proven background in a high-volume Shared Services Center (SSC) or BPO environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end program design, TNA, and instructional development.

Responsibilities

• Digital Content Authoring: Design, build, and publish interactive e-learning modules, digital user guides, video walkthroughs, and micro-learning assets using Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) and modern media tools.
• Curriculum Architecture: Develop scalable training programs for diverse user groups, including HR service desk agents, line managers, and general employees.
• Asset Maintenance: Update learning materials to align with Workday release cycles, ServiceNow HRSD updates, and evolving HR processes.
• TNA Execution: Conduct Training Needs Analyses across HR functions to identify capability gaps and proficiency requirements.
• Learning Strategy: Translate gaps into structured learning paths, curriculum maps, and blended enablement frameworks.
• Impact Measurement: Establish KPIs to track user adoption, platform proficiency, and training effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with HR Tech leads, Process Owners, and Operations Managers to translate platform updates into learning content.
• Change Management Support: Enablement partner during system updates, module rollouts, and process changes.
• Communication & Facilitation: Explain complex workflows clearly and deliver engaging virtual or classroom facilitation to global stakeholders.
