Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking an HR Enablement & Support professional to protect and enhance global HR technology solutions. You will join a team that delivers 2nd/3rd level support for HR systems, focusing on SuccessFactors and Hire-to-Retire processes.

You will collaborate with Project & Process Managers to gather requirements, drive changes through release management and UAT, and coordinate with regional stakeholders and IT vendors to resolve complex issues in a global context.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR services/HRIT with focus on Employee Central and SuccessFactors Core.
• Proven project management experience including end-to-end system rollouts and implementation initiatives.
• International experience from project work or day-to-day business.
• Business fluency in English.
• Ability to work effectively across functions and geographies with cultural awareness.
• Basic understanding of compliance aspects (Data Protection regulations like GDPR, data retention, labor laws).
• Open to flexible/rotational/shifting schedule (24 hours by 5 days global support).

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for global HR systems, primarily SuccessFactors and Hire-to-Retire processes.
• Collaborate with Project & Process Managers in gathering and specifying requirements for new tools or enhancements.
• Independently manage business changes in the system by running impact analyses, coordinating configuration changes, testing activities and updating documentation (Release Management, UAT).
• Coordinate with local/regional SSC, HR Process Management and IT vendors to align on processes and resolve issues.
• Ensure data availability and alignment with data consumers inside and outside HR; work with IT support on interface issues.
• Resolve complex issues related to user permissions, workflows and business rule configurations.
• Participate in global HR projects representing the respective area of responsibility.
