Job summary

Electrical Equipment & System Integration, Inc. (EESI) seeks an HR Applications Specialist in the Philippines to support global HR applications, including SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and Power BI.

You will be the go-to contact for users and collaborate with global HR teams to drive digitalization and automation aligned with roadmaps and business goals. The role requires a bachelor's degree in HR/Business, at least 2 years in a similar role, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration or similar.
• Experience with cloud-based HR systems and ticketing systems; SuccessFactors preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
• Fluency in English; multilingual ability desirable.
• Knowledgeable in HR processes and reporting tools.
• Reliable and detail oriented in high-volume environments.
• Follows defined processes and flags issues proactively.
• Strong ownership and collaboration with teams.
• Clear communication with regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for global HR applications and serve as first contact for users.
• Drive digitalization and automation to meet roadmaps and business strategies.
• Analyze incidents to propose changes in applications and processes.
• Develop training material to reduce tickets and support onboarding.
• Create manuals and videos to maximize value from HR applications.
• Respond to Service Now tickets in a timely, professional manner.
• Test new features and contribute to process improvements.
• Support offer and service development to enhance business performance.
• Model data-driven working practices.
