Job summary

pathways is seeking a People Solutions Specialist in Manila to collaborate with Payroll, Operations, and People & Culture, ensuring accurate HR lifecycle administration and high-quality HR services. You will maintain data integrity across HRIS, provide expert guidance on policies, and drive process improvements with cross-functional partners.

You will serve as the SME for HR systems, handling complex transactions, reporting, and system enhancements while upholding confidentiality and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Progressive HR Operations/Shared Services experience.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP/Workday/SAP/Sirm) preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide SME guidance on People Solutions processes and HR policies.
• Manage complex HR transactions and ensure data integrity across HRIS.
• Partner with Operations, Payroll, and People & Culture to improve service delivery.
• Support compliance, reporting, and audits of HR processes.
