Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking an Associate HR Specialist in Lapu-Lapu, Philippines to provide end-user HR support and guidance across the organization. The role supports all employees globally via HRIS, policies, and HR subject-matter experts.

The candidate will perform clerical tasks, maintain records, and escalate complex inquiries as needed, contributing to a compliant and efficient HR operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in HR support role.
• Experience at ResultsCX or in BPO preferred.
• Some college coursework in Business or HR is a plus.
• Experience working in a contact center environment is extremely helpful.
• Experience providing administrative and general HR support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Back Office and Voice Support for all ResultsCX employees Level 1 Employee inquiries and items as defined in the People Solutions Center Task Matrix.
