Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year in HR Support Role.
• Experience at ResultsCX or BPO industry preferred.
• Some college coursework in Business or HR is a plus.
• Experience in a Contact Center Environment is extremely helpful.
• Experience providing administrative and general HR support.

• Provide Back Office and Voice Support for all ResultsCX employees Level 1 Employee inquiries and Items as defined in the People Solutions Center Task Matrix.
