Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented HR Shared Services professional to perform day-to-day GHRS operations, manage employee records, and uphold data accuracy and confidentiality. You will resolve ServiceCentral cases, support HR systems, and contribute to process efficiency and customer service excellence.

The role requires collaboration with HR teams across regions, involvement in process mapping and documentation, and flexibility to work rotating shifts and North America hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• HR Shared Services or HR Operations experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in HR administration, employee records management, HR transactions, or HR systems support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent customer service orientation and relationship building.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day GHRS operations and transactions with adherence to service levels.
• Manage and resolve ServiceCentral cases/tickets and support HR systems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality and privacy of employee information at all times.
• Contribute to process efficiency, mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor workload and track progress using trackers and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with HR teams across regions and functions.
