Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR or psychology.
• Experience in HR shared services or payroll support preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day GHRS operations ensuring SLAs are met.
• Administer HR service center resolutions and support HR systems.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personal files.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy and privacy in HR records.
