Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Shared Services (HRSS) Manager to lead the HRSS team and drive efficient service delivery across HR processes. You will manage day-to-day operations, implement improvements, and partner with HR leadership and IT to align services with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR operations, strong leadership, and a data-driven approach to optimize service levels and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in HR operations or HR Shared Services.
• Leadership or management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and HR technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of HRSS professionals including Help Desk, HRIS, and analysts.
• Oversee delivery of HR services including inquiries, payroll support, onboarding, and benefits administration.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and data privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with HR leadership, business units, and IT to align HRSS with organizational goals.
• Manage the HRSS budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Leverage HR technologies to enhance reporting and service delivery.
