Job summary

MRI Software is seeking an experienced HR program manager to orchestrate enterprise-wide cyclical people programs, ensuring globally consistent execution, strong governance, and a low-friction experience for leaders and Executive Business Partners.

You will drive annual/semi-annual cycles across multiple stakeholder groups and geographies, building toolkits, playbooks, and communications that scale with the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years program/project delivery experience in HR or transformation.
• Experience running annual/semi-annual cycles across geographies.
• Strong planning discipline and ability to drive outcomes without formal authority.
• Excellent written communication and ability to create practical toolkits and enablement materials.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, AI tools and Canva; familiarity with HRIS like Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Global program management: develop integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement.
• Governance & controls: define inputs/outputs, decision points, escalation paths, and audits.
• Stakeholder coordination: align COEs and regional partners on timelines and deliverables.
• Enablement & communications: create leader packs, FAQs, toolkits, and consistent messaging.
• Reusable toolkits: build playbooks and templates that scale across regions.
• Cycle execution excellence: monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements.
• Continuous improvement: standardize templates, automate reminders, and reduce cycle time.
• Forum enablement: prepare logs and summaries for talent and planning forums.
