Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a senior HR leader to guide people strategy across multiple sites in Metro Manila. The role focuses on shaping HR programs, enabling workforce planning, and driving employee development to support rapid business growth.

You will partner with executives to align policies, culture, and change efforts with organizational goals, leveraging analytics to guide decisions and measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in fast-paced, multi-site organizations.
• Strong HR business partnering and generalist experience with solid knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, and labor regulations.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and retention.
• Strong track record in culture building, change management, and organizational transformation, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
