Job summary

Partners Group is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide HR initiatives across regions, including the Philippines, Singapore, and Switzerland. The role focuses on process improvement, technology implementations, and operating model redesign to boost efficiency and employee experience.

You will partner with HR, IT, Digital HR, and external vendors, managing plans, budgets, and governance while driving adoption and change across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience leading large-scale HR projects and transformation programs.
• Experience delivering enterprise-wide HR initiatives across multiple countries/regions.
• Strong knowledge of HR process optimization and operating model design.

Responsibilities

• Lead global HR transformation initiatives from planning to stabilization.
• Develop project plans, budgets, RAID logs, governance, and exec reporting.
• Partner with HR, IT, Digital HR, Shared Services, Payroll, TA and vendors.
• Drive adoption of new processes, tech, and operating models.
• Manage change, risks, and multi-workstream coordination.
