Qualifications

• 12+ years in HR, with solid depth across HR operations, shared services, employee relations, or employee lifecycle management.
• A genuine interest in AI and technology, with the appetite to develop and execute digital HR solutions.
• A track record of building and developing teams, with a leadership style rooted in shared ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Sharp analytical and problem‑solving instincts, comfortable making pragmatic calls in ambiguous, fast‑moving situations.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships across functions, cultures, and seniority levels — including senior global stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a recognized HR qualification.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the regional people agenda, partnering closely with the Head of HR and regional HR leads to translate strategy into delivery.
• Lead regional HR projects end‑to‑end, delivering people priorities that fuel growth and performance.
• Champion AI and digital HR initiatives run out of Manila, shaping smarter, tech‑enabled ways of working with global reach.
• Shape HR solutions that balance global consistency with regional relevance, managing risk and controls with stakeholders.
• Hold full ownership of regional HR processes, data, and service delivery.
• Act as escalation point for complex employee relations cases, partnering with the Head of HR to manage risk.
• Represent the region on Global HR initiatives, collaborating with the Global Head of HR in Switzerland.
• Build and lead a high‑performing, multicultural team, sharing accountability for delivery.
