Job summary

MiniMed in Taguig City, Philippines is seeking an HR Operations and Process Lead to improve HR Shared Services, govern processes, and drive strategic initiatives.

You will lead Tier 2 coordination, knowledge management, reporting, and analytics, partnering with HRIS and COEs to standardize workflows and enhance service delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in HR operations leadership, a bachelor’s in HR or related field, and experience with major HR systems plus strong Excel/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR operations leadership, process improvement, reporting, analytics, or portal administration.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Shared Services process excellence and standardization across functions and countries.
• Develop, maintain SOPs, process maps, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor service delivery performance, SLAs, and operational metrics; drive analytics and automation initiatives.
• Provide Tier 2 leadership and coordinate cross-functional HR cases; engage stakeholders for improvements.
