Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years in HR operations leadership, process improvement, reporting, analytics, or portal administration.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, or similar.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills for reporting and visualization.
• Knowledge of HR processes, workforce metrics, data governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead process mapping, documentation, and SOP standardization across HR Shared Services functions and countries.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor service delivery performance.
• Maintain HR portals, self-service platforms, and knowledge repositories.
• Provide Tier 2 leadership and coordinate cross-functional HR cases.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
