Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, HR specialization preferred.
• 1-3 years HR Operations/Shared Services experience.
• Experience supporting NA/UK/APAC employees.

Responsibilities

• Process HR transactions for NA and UK.
• Provide Tier 1 payroll support and resolve queries.
• Administer benefits and leave for USA/UK/APAC.
• Handle background verification and references.
• Support performance management administration.
• Manage employee profiles and system access.
