Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience supporting North America, UK, or APAC.
• Strong knowledge of US/UK HR regulations, employee benefits, and labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Oracle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good stakeholder management and ability to adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR Operations, Employee Data, Benefits, Leave, and Performance Administration.
• Provide Tier 1 Payroll Support and manage employee-related queries.
• Process Background Verification and Employee References.
• Maintain HR reports, trackers, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Support HR Compliance, Audits, and Process Improvements.
