Job summary

G-P is seeking a Sr Human Resource Associate to support back-end HR, payroll, and legal service providers for our international entities as part of the Regional Shared Service Centre. You will help manage global mobility processes and drive consistency across EMEA.

This 9-month fixed-term contract runs GMT hours and we aim for an immediate start. Responsibilities include onboarding, contracts, benefits enrollment, payroll data provision, data audits, and continuous process improvements with

Qualifications

2–5 years of HR operations experience in SSC.
Knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
Experience with Shared Services environments.
Basic knowledge of labor legislation across the EMEA region.
Experience with Poland, Germany, UK, or other listed countries is a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle onboarding of professionals, data management, absence management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding.
Prepare HR documents: contracts, amendments, policies, benefits and payroll enrollment.
Organize and maintain employee records in the proprietary Platform.
Administer benefits with brokers/insurers.
Provide payroll data in collaboration with payroll team.
Audit data changes to ensure timely, accurate payments.
Contribute to process improvements and SOP updates.
Communicate with professionals and customers via email and other channels.
Ensure SLAs and SOPs are followed.
Coordinate with GP partners, vendors and local providers.
Serve as first point of contact during onboarding and offboarding.
