Qualifications

• Graduation or Post Graduation in HR.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably with North America or UK/APAC regions.
• Experience handling payroll, HR data, and benefit administration.

Responsibilities

• Handle North America and UK/APAC HR processes: hiring, resignations, data management, and Tier 1 payroll support.
• Administer employee benefits for USA/UK/APAC regions.
• Manage background verifications and employee referencing for multiple regions.
• Oversee leave and performance management administration.
• Maintain employee profiles, login/access, and password troubleshooting.
• Coordinate vendor management and invoice processing related to HR functions.
• Create process maps, KPI dashboards, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Support internal and external audits and suggest process improvements.
